Tom and Dana Anderson have lived in Bulverde since 1993. They have seen much growth in this area since then. They say it's been incredible to see the changes that have been made in such a short time. After many requests from customers at their inspection station, Tom’s Pit Stop, on Bulverde Road, they opened Tom’s Quick Lube on Hwy 281 N in July of 2003. They opened their second quick lube in August of 2006 on Hwy 46 W in Faithville, next to Gathering Place. Tom’s Quick Lube is a family owned and operated business, and Tom and Dana’s three children are all involved in the businesses. Whether they are doing inventory, changing oil, or working in the office; they all help out. Tom's Quick Lube is involved in many community events including the Bulverde Jubiliee and the Chamber sponsored Christmas Lighting. This past year they gave out 500 hot dogs! Besides oil changes and lube jobs they also perform vehicle state inspections, brake jobs, transmission flushes, radiator flushes, tune ups, a/c work, and all other general maintenance. They have a mechanic on duty at the 46 location for all of these jobs.
