Member of the MonthNovember 2005Becky John - Alamo Title Company
When you drive up Highway 281 past all the restaurants, stores and stop lights, beyond all of the backed-up traffic and congestion, where the hills start to roll and the scenery takes over your mind, you come to the famous Texas Highway 46. If you take 46 West about half a mile to a little strip center called Creekside Plaza nestled in a grove of trees on the right you’ll find the Alamo Title Bulverde Area Branch Office. Only Texans understand why a Bulverde office is located in the town of Spring Branch. (It just is!!) The area may be peaceful and the little community not as hectic as San Antonio, but you’d never know it when you walk through their door. This little office is doing record breaking business! Branch Manager, Becky John and her expert staff have exceeded their goals. Best of all, they have done it with professionalism, expertise and above all keeping their customers happy. This is a combination that is hard to beat. Becky John, who hails from New Braunfels, studied court reporting at SAC after graduating from Marion High School. She joined the Alamo Title family in October of 1992, which makes this month her 13th anniversary with the company! Becky held several positions before achieving her current position as Branch Manager and Escrow Officer of the Bulverde Branch. It’s hard to believe that she opened the office with one employee just about 5 years ago. Anticipating the growth in this area, Alamo Title was one of the first title companies to open in Spring Branch. Under Becky’s excellent supervision her office has grown to 7 employees. They have all worked very hard to be one of the top producing branches. As a rising star in the company Becky John is a young executive who is definitely one to watch. As the mother of a 5
year old, Becky spends most of her time away from the office keeping up with
daughter, Kendelle. She is obviously the “apple of mom’s eye’! However, with
her co-workers at Alamo Title she participates in many activities to support
those in our community who need our help. They have collected items and funds
and volunteered in the shelters for victims of Katrina and Rita, answered
telephones on the Muscular Dystrophy Telethon, walked in the Susan G. Komen
Breast Cancer Walk and sent items to our
“Since 1922 Alamo Title has been closing our communities’ most valued residential, commercial and builder transactions. This gives us a special bond with those with whom we do business because they are our friends and neighbors. As members of the Chamber, we value our relationships and the opportunity to grow with our co-members.”
