Controlled Burn Rules

In Comal County before burning any brush piles on your property please read the Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission Rules.  Failure to follow the rules could subject yourself to jail time and a fine!

Please burn safely and abide by the rules to protect yourself and others.

If you have any questions call the Comal County Fire Marshal's Office at (830) 885-4883 or (830) 620-3400 and ask for the Fire Marshal, Lin Manford.
